Shipping & Delivery Policy

Everything you buy from MCV Labs — plans, credit packs and the audio you generate — is delivered online, in your account. There are no shipping charges and no physical delivery, in India or abroad.

• Plans and credit packs are activated on your workspace as soon as the payment gateway confirms the payment, usually within a few minutes. Your credits appear on the dashboard and billing page.
• Invoices are emailed to your billing email and are available under Billing.
• Generated audio plays in your browser and can be downloaded from the studio and your history.

If a payment succeeded but your plan or credits haven't appeared within 30 minutes, contact us with your payment reference and we'll activate it or refund you.

There are no exchanges, because no goods are delivered. You can change plans from Billing: an upgrade starts immediately, and a move to a lower plan starts when your current period ends. Cancellations and refunds are covered by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
