Terms of Service

• You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract. If you use the service for an organisation, you confirm you're authorised to bind it.
• Give accurate details, verify your email, and keep your password safe. You're responsible for activity on your account.
• One free account per person. Creating extra accounts to collect free credits isn't allowed.

MCV Labs converts text you provide into AI-generated speech using third-party voice technology. Output can vary between generations and may contain mispronunciations or errors; check it before you publish. Features labelled “coming soon” aren't part of the service until they launch.

• Generations use credits, as shown in the studio before you generate. Credits are charged only when audio is delivered; failed generations are returned.
• Paid plans are prepaid for one month or one year and don't renew automatically. When a paid period ends, your workspace returns to the Free plan.
• Each period's credits expire at its end and don't roll over. Credits have no cash value and can't be transferred.
• Prices are in INR. GST is shown before you pay and on your tax invoice. Payments are processed by Razorpay.
• We may change prices or plans for future periods; we'll tell you before the change applies to you.

• You keep your rights in the scripts you submit. You give us permission to process them only to provide, secure and improve the service, as described in the Privacy Policy.
• As between you and us, you may use audio you generate for the purposes your plan allows: personal use on the Free plan, and commercial use on plans that include it, subject to the voice terms shown on each voice.
• You confirm you have the rights to everything you submit and that your use of the audio won't infringe anyone's rights or break the law.
• You must disclose to listeners that the voice is AI-generated.

You must follow the Acceptable Use Policy. We screen scripts automatically and may block generations, suspend or close accounts, and remove content that breaks it. Where reasonable we'll tell you why. Accounts closed for serious or repeated violations aren't entitled to a refund.

We work to keep the service available but don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change or discontinue features; if we discontinue a paid service you've prepaid for, we'll refund the unused portion.

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties, and we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.

You'll compensate us for third-party claims and losses caused by your content, your use of the audio, or your breach of these terms.

You can stop using the service at any time and ask us to close your account. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these terms or the law requires it.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at [Jurisdiction city — to be published] have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any rights you have under consumer protection law. Please contact us first — most issues can be resolved quickly.
