Frequently asked questions

Every plan has two separate balances. Normal voices use normal credits and premium voices use premium credits — 0.5–2 credits per character depending on the quality option — and one balance never pays for the other: you choose Normal or Premium before you generate, and the studio shows the estimate first. Credits are held when a generation starts and only charged once audio is delivered; failed generations are returned in full. Voice Lab tools (dubbing, voice changer, sound effects) show their cost and which balance they use before you start.

Each balance stops on its own: when premium credits run out, premium voices pause but normal voices keep working (and the other way round). Generation in that tier resumes when your allowance renews at the start of your next billing period, or straight away if you buy a credit pack for that balance or upgrade — you are never charged beyond your plan automatically. Your existing audio stays available to play and download. Unused monthly credits don't roll over; pack credits stay until their validity date.

Upgrade any time from Usage & Billing — the new plan starts immediately with its full allowance (unused time on the old plan isn't credited). You can buy a smaller plan any time; it starts when your current paid period ends, so you never lose time you paid for.

Commercial use is included on Starter, Creator, Pro, Business & API; the Free plan is for personal use. It is always subject to the voice terms shown on each voice. In every case you must disclose to listeners that the voice is AI-generated.

No. Premium voices are included on Starter, Creator, Pro, Business & API, with a separate monthly allowance of premium credits shown on each plan. Every plan includes normal voices; the voice library shows which voices your plan can use, and normal credits can't be spent on premium voices.

Yes. Voice cloning isn't available yet. When it launches it will require verified consent, and you'll need to confirm you own the voice or have the speaker's permission, plus complete any additional verification required. Cloning celebrities or other people without authorisation is never allowed.

When your paid period ends without a renewal, your workspace returns to the Free plan and its monthly allowance. Your projects and previously generated audio stay in your workspace.

Developer API access is coming soon for the plans that list it. API generations will use the same credits and limits as the studio, with per-key usage reporting.

There's nothing to cancel: each payment covers one month or one year and nothing renews automatically. If you don't renew, you return to the Free plan when the paid period ends. For refunds, contact support.

Plan prices cover voice generation within your allowance. Costs of other services you use with your audio — advertising, hosting, distribution or video tools — aren't included. Prices are shown in INR. No GST is charged; you receive an invoice for every payment.

Where available, customers outside India can pay by international card. Checkout shows only the currencies offered for your billing country and the exact amount you'll be charged, including any applicable tax, before you pay. If your card is in a different currency, your bank converts the charge at its own rate and may add fees. Every currency buys the same plan, credits and features.
