Acceptable Use Policy

• Impersonation — making audio that pretends to be, or is presented as, a real person (including public figures, officials, employers or family members) without their documented permission.
• Fraud and scam calls — phishing, vishing, fake customer-support or bank calls, OTP or payment requests, extortion, or any audio meant to trick people out of money or information.
• Misleading AI audio — passing off generated speech as a real recording, fabricating statements by real people, election or political disinformation, fake news, or fake emergency alerts.
• Harassment and hate — threats, bullying, stalking, doxxing, or content that attacks people for protected characteristics.
• Sexual content involving minors — zero tolerance; we suspend the account and may report it to authorities.
• Non-consensual sexual content and sexual content about real people.
• Illegal activity — instructions for weapons, drugs, or other crimes, or content that breaks Indian law, including the IT Act and IT Rules.
• Self-harm promotion — encouraging or instructing suicide or self-harm.
• Spam and robocalls — unsolicited bulk calls or messages, or calls that break TRAI rules.
• Abusing the service — creating multiple accounts to collect free credits, sharing accounts, scraping, reverse engineering, or bypassing limits and safety checks.

You must disclose to listeners that the voice is AI-generated. When audio could reasonably be mistaken for a real person — ads, calls, announcements, social media — state clearly that it is AI-generated.

• Every script is screened automatically before audio is generated. Blocked scripts aren't generated or charged.
• Repeated blocked attempts, or a single severe violation, suspend the account automatically pending review.
• We review reports from listeners and rights holders, and may suspend or close accounts, delete content, and cooperate with law enforcement where the law requires.

Automated checks can't catch every misuse, such as impersonation, from text alone. You remain responsible for how you use the audio.
