Delete your MCV Labs account

You can delete your account and its data at any time, from the Android app, the website, or by email.

1. In the Android app

Open Profile → Delete account, type DELETE and confirm with your password (accounts that only use Google confirm with Google). This works even before you've verified a mobile number.

If you can't sign in, email info@mcorevision.com from your account's email address and ask us to delete the account. We confirm it's you before deleting anything, and complete the request within 30 days.

4. What is deleted

Your profile, sign-in methods and sessions (you're signed out on every device), and your mobile number.
Your generated audio, history, projects, voice designs and cloned voices (including the copies held by our voice provider).
Any remaining credits and your plan — unused paid time isn't refunded (see the Refund Policy).

5. What we keep, and for how long

Invoices, payments and related records, for as long as Indian tax law requires (at least 72 months).
A one-way fingerprint of your email address, so free credits can't be claimed again by re-registering, for 24 months.
Security and audit logs, for as long as reasonably needed to protect the service and meet legal obligations.

Everything else is deleted or anonymised. Details are in the Privacy Policy.
